President Kovind, PM Modi extends greetings to people of Rajasthan on Statehood Day

President Ram Nath Kovind on Wednesday extended his greetings to the people of Rajasthan on the occasion of their Statehood day.

President Kovind said that Rajasthan has a unique identity and hoped for the state’s bright future.

“Greetings to the people of the state on Rajasthan Day. The glorious history of this state is replete with many inspiring stories of valor. Rich in the rainbow shade of nature and having global charm due to its hospitality, Rajasthan has a unique identity. I wish for a bright future for the state,” tweeted President.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also extended his greetings and tweeted, “Best wishes of Rajasthan Day to all the residents of Rajasthan, the historical land of bravery, self-respect and sacrifice. The state should move forward on the path of progress, this is my wish.”

Home Minister Amit Shah said that Rajasthan is famous for its courage and valor and wished for the progress and development of the state.

“The land of Rajasthan is famous for courage, valor, whose glorious history and rich cultural heritage is proud of the whole country. Many wishes to all the people of the state on the foundation day of Veerbhoomi Rajasthan. I wish for the continuous progress and development of the state,” tweeted Amit Shah in Hindi.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also extended her greeting and tweeted, “I extend my heartfelt warm wishes to all my Rajasthani brothers and sisters, on the occasion of the Rajasthan Divas today. Me Thari The Mahara!”
