शारदा चिट फण्ड में शिवेंदु अधिकारी ने सीबीआई निर्देशक को लिखा पत्र

टीएमसी के पूर्व नेता शिवेंदु अधिकारी ने शारदा चिट फण्ड मामले को लेकर सीबीआई निदेशक को पत्र लिखा है। पत्र में उन्होने आरोप लगाया कि मामले में चल रही जाँच में हस्तक्षेप की गंभीर आशंका है। हालांकि मामले की जाँच सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पर सीबीआई के द्वारा जाँच हो रही है। मीडिया रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक सुदीप्त सेन एक पत्र में आरोप लगाया था कि नेताओं ने उनसे दो करोड़ रुपये से नौ करोड़ रुपये तक की बड़ी रकम ली। शारदा चिट फण्ड मामले को लेकर सुदीप्त सेन पीएम मोदी और सीएम ममता बनर्जी को भी पत्र लिखते हुए कहा था कि कांग्रेस, माकपा व तृणमूल के नेताओं ने उनसे करोड़ों रुपये लिए हैं। अपने पत्र में सेन ने आरोप लगाया कि नेताओं ने उनसे दो करोड़ रुपये से नौ करोड़ रुपये तक की बड़ी रकम ली। शिवेंदु अधिकार ने उनसे छह करोड़ रुपये लिए हैं, प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष अधीर रंजन चौधरी पर छह करोड़ और माकपा विधायक सुजन चक्रवर्ती ने नौ करोड़ रुपये लिया था। पत्र में उन्होंने सीबीआई से जांच करने और राज्य पुलिस से कार्यवाई करने का अनुरोध किया था।

गृह मंत्रालय ने अध्यक्ष नड्डा पर हमले के बाद बंगाल के दो अफसर का किया ट्रांसफर,

बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा पर हुए हमले के बाद गृह मंत्रालय ने पश्चिम बंगाल के चीफ सेक्रेटरी और डीजीपी का 14 दिसंबर को ट्रांफर किया है।केंद्रीय मंत्री और बीजेपी के नेता प्रकाश जावड़ेकर ने बताया कि गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने हमले को लेकर राज्यपाल से स्थिति की रिपोर्ट मांगी थी। प्रकाश जावेड़कर ने कहा कि 10 दिसंबर को  भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष के काफिले पर जिस तरह से हमला हुआ, वो बहुत निंदनीय है। गृह मंत्रालय ने रिपोर्ट मंगाई है लेकिन पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ही ऐसा माहौल बना रही है, ये लोकतंत्र नहीं है। बाकी विपक्षी पार्टियां अब क्यों चुप हैं?

Governor Dhankhar warned ,”if the Chief Minister deviates from her path then my role will start”

In Kolkata, Governor Jagdeep Dhankar held a press conference on 11 December regarding attack the on convoy of BJP National President JP Nadda. In the press conference, the governor attacked CM Mamata Banerjee and said that she has to follow the constitution. She cannot deviate from her path. The law and order situation in the state has been deteriorating for a long time. He further said that it is my responsibility to protect the Constitution of India. If the Chief Minister deviates from his path then my role will begin. Regarding the attack on Nadda’s convoy, the incident on December 10 is unfortunate. It is a blot on our democracy. I have sent a report about the events which are very disturbing to the Central Government, whose content I cannot share. Further, the Governor questioned Mamata, who is the outsider in the state, what does it mean to them? Whether Indian citizens are also outsiders, Mamata should not make such a statement. The Chief Minister should not play with fire. Saying external is an insult to the constitution. It is a dangerous game to say outside-inside. Mamata should work according to the constitution. Referring to the attack on Nadda, the Governor described the incident as an attack on human rights. The governor said that the attack on the day of human rights is an attack on human rights. The attack on 10 December is a blot on democracy and is extremely shameful. Constitutional limitations are being broken in Bengal. Police administration in Bengal has failed. 10 December people took to the streets uncontrollably. I had informed the DGP about yesterday’s attack. Mamata should apologize for yesterday’s incident. He should withdraw his statement on the BJP president. She is working with a sense of revenge.

राज्यपाल धनखड़ ने दी चेतावनी, कहा- यदि मुख्यमंत्री अपने रास्ते से भटकेंगी तो मेरा रोल शुरू हो जाएगा

कोलकाता में बीजेपी के राष्ट्रिय अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा के काफिले पर हमले को लेकर राज्यपाल जगदीप धनखड़ ने 11 दिसंबर को प्रेस किया।  प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में राज्यपाल ने सीएम ममता बनर्जी पर हमला बोलते हुए कहा कि उन्हें  संविधान का पालन करना होगा। वह अपने रास्ते से नहीं भटक सकती हैं। राज्य में कानून और व्यवस्था की स्थिति लंबे समय से लगातार बिगड़ रही है। आगे उन्होने कहा कि भारत के संविधान की रक्षा करना मेरी जिम्मेदारी है। यदि मुख्यमंत्री अपने रास्ते से भटकेंगी तो मेरा रोल शुरू हो जाएगा। नड्डा के काफिले पर हमले को लेकर कहा कि 10 दिसंबर को हुई घटना दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण हैं। ये हमारे लोकतांत्रिक ताने-बाने पर एक धब्बा है। मैंने केंद्र सरकार को बेहद परेशान करने वाले घटनाक्रमों के बारे में एक रिपोर्ट भेजी है, जिसकी विषयवस्तु साझा नहीं कर सकता हूं। आगे राज्यपाल ने ममता पर सवाल करते हुए कहा कि राज्य में कौन बाहरी है, उनका इससे क्या मतलब है? क्या भारतीय नागरिक भी बाहरी हैं, ममता को इस तरह का बयान नहीं देना चाहिए। मुख्यमंत्री को आग से नहीं खेलना चाहिए। बाहरी कहना संविधान का अपमान है। बाहरवाला, अंदरवाला कहना एक खतरनाक खेल है। ममता संविधान के हिसाब से काम करें। राज्यपाल ने नड्डा पर हुए हमले का जिक्र करते हुए इस घटना को मानवाधिकार पर हमला बताया। राज्यपाल ने कहा कि ‘मानवाधिकार के दिन हुआ हमला मानवाधिकार पर हमला है। कल हुआ हमला लोकतंत्र पर धब्बा है और बेहद शर्मनाक है। बंगाल में संविधान की मर्यादाएं टूट रही हैं। बंगाल में पुलिस प्रशासन फेल हो गया है। बेलगाम ढंग से कल लोग सड़कों पर उतरे थे। मैंने कल हुए हमले को लेकर डीजीपी को जानकारी दी थी। ममता को कल की घटना के लिए माफी मांगनी चाहिए। उन्हें भाजपा अध्यक्ष पर दिए अपने बयान को वापस लेना चाहिए। वे बदले की भावना से काम कर रही हैं।

सिलिगुड़ी हिंसा मामले मे बीजेपी के कैलाश विजयवर्गीय, तेजस्वी सूर्या समेत कई नेताओं के खिलाफ हुआ FIR दर्ज

पश्चिम बंगाल के सिलिगुड़ी में दिसंबर 7 को बीजेपी के द्वारा निकली गई  विरोध प्रदर्शन मार्च दौरान हुई हिंसा के मामले में दिसंबर 9 को बीजेपी के वरिष्ठ नेता कैलाश विजयवर्गी, युवा मोर्चा के अध्यक्ष तेजस्वी सूर्या, दिलीप घोष समेत बीजेपी के कई नेताओं के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज किया गया। सिलिगुड़ी मेट्रोपोलिटन पुलिस के न्यू जलपाईगुड़ी पुलिस स्टेशन में बीजेपी नेताओं पर ‘उत्तर-कन्या अभियान’ के दौरान हिंसा उकसाने के आरोप केस दर्ज किया। पुलिस ने बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं पर हिंसा करने, कानून-व्यवस्था को तोड़ने, पुलिस के साथ झड़प करने और सरकारी संपत्तियों को नुकसान पहुंचाने का आरोप लगते हुए केस दर्ज किया। 7 दिसंबर को हुए विरोध प्रदर्शन में पुलिस और कार्यकर्ताओं के बीच झड़प हो गयी और हिंसा दौरान कार्यकर्ता उलेन रॉय की मौत भी गयी। पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक उलेन रॉय की मौत शॉट-गन के छर्रों  से हुई थी। पर पुलिस दावा करती है कि शॉट-गन का प्रयोग नहीं हुआ है ,भीड़ को भागने के लिए उसने सिर्फ वाटर कैनन और आंसू गैस के गोलों पर प्रयोग गया  किया था। साथ ही साथ पुलिस ने आरोप लगाया है कि भीड़ में हथियार से लैस लोग थे और उन्होंने फायर किया।  बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव कैलाश विजयवर्गीय ने टीएमसी पर हमला बोलते हुए कहा कि यह पुलिस की नादिरशाही (क्रूरता) और ममता बनर्जी सरकार की अराजकता है. पुलिस और टीएमसी के गुंडों के बीच सांठगांठ है. पुलिस आँसू गैस का इस्तेमाल कर रही थी और गुंडे देशी बम फोड़ रहे थे।

FIR filed against many leaders including BJP’s Kailash Vijayvargiya, Tejashwi Surya in Siliguri violence case

In Siliguri, West Bengal, on December 7, an FIR was lodged against several BJP leaders including senior BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargi, Yuva Morcha president Tejashwi Surya, Dilip Ghosh on December 7 in connection with the violence that took place during the march. At the New Jalpaiguri Police Station of the Siliguri Metropolitan Police, fir was filed on bjp leader for inciting violence during the ‘Uttar-Kanya Abhiyan’. The police registered a case alleging BJP workers for committing violence, breaking law and order, clashing with police and damaging government properties. In the protest on 7 December, there was a clash between the police and the workers and during the violence, worker Ulen Roy also died. According to the post-mortem report Ulen Roy was killed by shotgun pellets. But the police claim that the shot-gun was not been used, only water cannons and tear gas bullets to disperse the crowd. At the same time, police have alleged that there were armed men in the crowd and they fired. BJP national general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya attacked TMC, saying that it is the nadirshahi (brutality) of the police and the Mamata Banerjee government. There is a nexus between the police and TMC goons. Police were using tear gas and goons were firing bombs.

Hathras gangrape: Those who think of harming women’s self respect will be destroyed, says Yogi

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, whose administration has come under fire over the alleged gangrape of a 19-year-old Dalit woman in Hathras, said Friday that his government is committed to women’s safety and those who even think of harming their self-respect will face total destruction.

“Total destruction of those who even think of harming the self-respect of women in UP is inevitable,” Adityanath said in a tweet in Hindi.

Adityanath’s stern warning comes days after a Dalit woman was allegedly gangraped in Hathras by four upper caste men. She died at Delhi’s Safdarjung hospital on Tuesday morning. Her subsequent cremation in the dead of night at Hathras, allegedly under police pressure, has led to an outrage over the law and order situation in UP.
