Local TMC leader says, ‘We can blow up area in 10 mins’; Amit Malviya shares video
BJP IT Cell head Amit Malviya on Saturday took to Twitter alleging that the recent violent altercation in West Bengal’s Rampurhat was only the ‘trailer’. He shared a video in which a Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader can be seen threatening to blow up an entire village within a span of 10 minutes.
The accused TMC leader is identified as Shakir Ahmed from Chopra in Uttar Dinajpur district of West Bengal.
“In this video from Chopra in Uttar Dinajpur, TMC’s deputy pradhan Sakir Ahmad can be heard saying, “don’t worry we have so much stock of bombs and guns that we can blow up the whole area in 10 min.” WB, under Mamata Banerjee, is waiting to explode, Rampurhat massacre is trailer,” tweeted Amit Malviya along with the video.
In this video from Chopra in Uttar Dinajpur, TMC’s deputy pradhan Sakir Ahmad can be heard saying, “don’t worry we have so much stock of bombs and guns that we can blow up the whole area in 10 min.”

This comes amidst the ongoing investigation by the CBI of the Rampurhat violence o that took place last month. A total of eight people were burnt to death in the Rampurhat area of West Bengal’s Birbhum, following the killing of Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Bhadu Sheikh.
