Mamata Banerjee Condemns “Attack” On Sharad Pawar’s Residence

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Saturday condemned an “attack” on the residence of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar.

MSRTC (Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation) workers staged a protest outside Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar’s Mumbai residence on Friday, alleging he has not done anything to resolve their issues.

“I condemn the attack on the residence of one of India’s senior most public figures, Sharad Pawar @PawarSpeaks and welcome the statement of @CMOMaharashtra for stern action against the offenders,” she tweeted.

Earlier, Pawar’s daughter and Lok Sabha member Supriya Sule tried to pacify the protesters, but failed.
